2021 Pavement Management Program

This project consists of the reconstruction/re-surfacing of thirty (30) local streets. The project entails the following general quantities: Hot Mix Asphalt, Milling, 3" or less (53,075 S.Y), In Place Milling, (10,550 S.Y), Roadway Excavation, Unclassified (1,165 C.Y.), Hot Mix Asphalt, Surface Course, 12.5M64 (1,939 Tons), Hot Mix Asphalt, Surface Course, 9.5M64 (6,571 Tons), Hot Mix Asphalt, Base Course, 19M64 (977 Tons), D.G.A.B.C, 6" Thick (3,815 S.Y.), Reset Manhole Casting (93 Units), 6"x 9"x 20" Concrete Vertical Curb (7,457 L.F.), Concrete Curb and Gutter (2,400 L.F.), Mountable Concrete Curb (4,800 L.F.), Granite Block Curb (580 L.F.), Concrete Sidewalk, 4" Thick (773 S.Y.), Detectable Warning Surface (34 S.Y.), Hot Mix Asphalt Driveway, 5" Thick, (470 S.F.), Concrete Driveway, Reinforced, 6" Thick (965 S.Y.), Underdrain Type "F" Modified (530 L.F.), 10" Perforated HDPE Pipe (1,380 L.F.), Type "B" Inlet, Type 4-7-9 Curb Piece (13 Units), Reconstructed Inlets, Type B, New Casting (66 Units), Fertilizer, Topsoil, Seed & Mulch (5,157 S.Y.). Also included in this proposal are eight (5) alternate bids: Alternate #1 Hebert Drive Reconstruction: Hot Mix Asphalt, Milling, 3" or less (9,025 S.Y), Hot Mix Asphalt, Surface Course, 9.5M64 (1,200 Tons), 8" C900 PVC Water Main (2,375 L.F.), Curb Box & Service Connection (45 Units). Alternate #2 Timothy Lane Reconstruction: Hot Mix Asphalt, Milling, 3" or less (4,000 S.Y), Hot Mix Asphalt, Surface Course, 9.5M64 (460 Tons), 8" C900 PVC Water Main (1,100 L.F.), Curb Box & Service Connection (18 Units). Alternate #3 Ryders Lane Meter Pit: Pre-cast concrete meter pit installation over existing 30" ductile iron water main, traffic control, pavement restoration. Alternate #4 Country Lane Park Court Preparation: Hot Mix Asphalt, Milling, More than 3" to 6" (2,800 S.Y), Roadway Excavation, Unclassified (465 C.Y.). Alternate #5 Senior Center Courtyard Repairs: Removal and replacement of Concrete Sidewalk, 4" Thick (375 S.Y.), Roadway Excavation, Unclassified (125C.Y.), Fine Grading (190 S.Y.)
