| Description | Scope of Work: 1. Remove concrete and existing culverts and haul off all debris. 2. Install 6 feet wide x 4 feet height x 24 feet length box culvert. 3. Install concrete road top of 8 inch to 10-inch-thick road surface 24 feet wide and overall length of minimum 100 linear feet to maximum 165 linear feet. Concrete road top requires adequate steel rebar installation for heavy equipment and agriculture equipment daily travel. 4. Retaining walls on each side and each end of box culvert. 2-foot-thick tiein to box culvert and each sloped apron road side to road top. 5. Road slopes each side of road. Sloped concrete aprons and tie-in minimum length 100 linear feet to maximum length of 165 linear feet. 6. Guardrails as needed (low profile for Ag equipment). 7. Linear feet can be shortened for project. |
