Dave Wright, architect 110 South Main Street Greeneville, Tennessee 37743 Phone number: 423-525-5093 Contact person: Dave Wright Email: dwright313@comcast.net BRIEF PROJECT DESCRIPTION: The project consists of the removal of existing air handler, ductwork, electrical, controls and associated piping; removal of existing steam piping, valves, supports, and insulation; removal of existing asphalt and unsuitable materials. General Contractor to install new concrete paving, slab, curb and gutter, and concrete pad for RTU. Contractor will be responsible for installing new 60 ton RTU (owner purchased) on new concrete pad and natural gas piping and required exterior ductwork and electrical connections was shown on construction documents. Any/all debris will be disposed of at the Greene County Landfill or approved Landfill. (NO SUBSTITUTIONS WILL BE ALLOWED). It is the responsibility of all interested contractors to visually inspect the conditions and constraints associated with the Scope of Work. The bid security is to be made out to Greene County Government. Contractors submitting bids are mandated by State Law to be duly licensed and representative of classifications pertinent to the areas of the Scope of Work. All bids must be submitted on BID FORM furnished by the Architect. Bidding documents may be examined at the offices of the architect. Owner reserves the right to waive any formalities or to reject any and all bids. |
