Description

The Contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment, ladders and/or scaffolding as required to complete the renovations. The nature of the repairs may vary. Essex County anticipates the work to consist of but not be limited to: rough carpentry, finish carpentry, drywall, acoustical ceiling work, relocating interior walls, installing cabinetry, painting and any other work associated with each renovation project, including coordination with Essex County DPW staff for work completed by owner. The Contractor shall be required to provide a cost estimate for each individual project before starting work to be approved by County DPW personnel.
