Wastewater Treatment Facility Pump Station Roof Replacement and Associated Work (3,120 S.F.) The project scope consists of roof replacement to the Haverhill Wastewater Division Pump Station Roof located at 20 South Mill St, Haverhill, MA. Work includes replacement of the existing low-sloped roofing system. A total of 3,120+- SF of low-sloped roofing (existing roofing system is a adhered EPDM membrane over a mechanically fastened gypsum cover board, 3.5" of insulation, and a vapor barrier adhered to the concrete deck) The existing low sloped roofing system shall be completely removed and replaced with a new multiple ply built up roof with a mod-bit granulated cap sheet over fully adhered coverboard, flat stock and tapered insulation, and a new fully adhered vapor retarder, edge metal, and flashings. B. The work also includes: (A) Repair cracked or spalled concrete decking; (B) Replace deteriorated wood blocking; (C) Install vent pipe extensions so as to maintain 18" height from finished roof surface; (D) Removal and replacement of the roof drains and snaking of all roof drains.
