Smithfield-selma Senior High School New Multipurpose Auxiliary Gym

The scope of this project includes, but is not limited to, the following: site work and new construction of an educational facility. As of January 26, 2023, a general contractor has not yet been selected for this project. A firm construction timeline for this project has not yet been released. Bid Advertisement: January 8, 2023 Receipt of Bids: February 15, 2023 The method of contractor selection has not been determined at this time. The Work generally consists of a new freestanding multipurpose auxiliary gymnasium, training, and fieldhouse building with CMU walls and brick and metal panel veneer, with portions of both metal panel and low-slope membrane roofing, located behind the existing high school.
