| Description | The work in this contract includes the construction of one reinforced concrete spillway, approximately 1200 cubic yards of excavation unclassified, approximately 300 cubic yards of reno mattress, approximately 2000 cubic yards of Lake Dredging and Sediment Disposal, approximately 9275 cubic yards of Controlled Fill for a new dam embankment, construction of new drainage pipes and structures, Lake Lowering and Dewatering, and other incidental work. Bid must be accompanied by a Consent of Surety and a Certified Check, Cashier's Check or Bid Bond of not less than ten (10%) percent of the amount bid, and not to exceed $20,000.00 The Borough reserves the right to reject any and all bids. |
