Goals: Veteran-Owned Small Business - 5%. This work generally consists of alterations to the concrete pedestrian stairs and right-of-way of located between Woodward Avenue and Penn Alley. It also includes minor repair work to the Seffler Street Stairs. The bid will include site demolition, grading, site work, handrail replacement and concrete repair.
