The work involves all labor, equipment and materials for the removal 23 square of existing asphalt shingle roofing including soffit, fascia, and down spouts. The work includes the installation of 23 square of standing seam metal roofing including new soffit, fascia, gutters and down spouts. The work involves interior renovation including the removal and replacement of 224 square yards of carpeting including approximately 290 feet of new vinyl base, the painting of approximately 2,260 square feet of ceilings, 18,090 square feet of walls including interior and exterior doors and trim.
