Description

Asphalt Patching Services on an annual and as needed basis or an emergency on-call basis. The scope of services required to assist the Town include, but are not limited to; sawcutting, removing materials to a depth of approximately one-inch below existing asphalt, compacting/stabilizing and full depth asphalt repairs. The average size of the each asphalt patch is approximately 32 square feet but can range from 8 square feet to 400 square feet. Asphalt repairs typically take place on local roads. The Town does not guarantee a minimum amount of work. In FY 2020 the Town patched roughly 1,400 square yards of paving. Contractor shall provide manpower, tools, equipment and materials to perform asphalt removal and replacement services.
