| Description | Removal of the existing single ply kee roofing system and tapered insulation systems, down to the existing concrete deck. Fasten sheet metal over each structural concrete T joint. Install a fully adhered temporary membrane/vapor barrier and tapered isocyanurate insulation with high density coverboard for a R-25 insulation value. A hybrid fully adhered modified bitumen interply roofing membrane with a high solar reflectance 80 mil. PVC fleeced back cap sheet and flashing to provide a roofing manufacturer`s standard 20 year warranty. In addition, new prefinished aluminum counterflashing and PVC clad metal scupper throats in the existing scupper locations. Furthermore, removal of all abandoned roof top equipment and extending existing curbed rooftop equipment and VTR`s to a minimum of 8" above the finished roof surface is included. | ||
