Endicott Park Painting Project

Deadline for Questions and Clarifications 6/8/2023, at 11:00 am Prevailing Central Time The project consists of power scrubbing and sealing the bathroom floors, and abrasive blasting, power washing, and painting the Endicott Park Shelter per the specifications Painting All paint colors should match the existing paint. Existing bathroom partitions do not get painted, just power washed and cleaned. Abrasive blast and power wash approximately 2,880 sq. ft. of interior and exterior block building to remove numerous paint coatings with minimal damage to block. Flooring Power scrub approximately 296 sq. ft. of existing floors in all restrooms within the building and seal with Zinsser Peel Stop Clear Binding Sealer or an approved All workmanship and materials are to be of first quality. No compensation will be allowed for work found to be defective due to the fault of the Contractor or its subcontractors. If Contractor fails to correct the defect, the County may have the defects remedied and charge the cost against any monies due the Contractor without prejudice to any other rights or remedies of the County equal clear concrete sealer.
