| Description | Removing and then replacing any/all furniture, tables, etc. to thoroughly complete the project. The firm will remove the existing epoxy flooring, then prep existing floors, addressing all joints, drains and keyways. All areas will be primed before installing the Silikal Mini Flake and heavy-duty resurfacing system to manufacturer approved thickness including a cove base consistent with all current heights and then seal with a minimum of two coats of Silikal R-71 for the finish. Before turning the floor over to PBA, the firm will remove/clean any dust or residue from all ledges and surfaces returning the area to pre-work conditions. The firm shall make sure that the floor is properly cured before turning the area back over to PBA. |
