Soffit & Fascia Board: The Contractor shall supply all materials, labor, and equipment necessary to enclose the specified: Any deteriorated wood fascia or rakes shall be replaced with like material prior to the installation of the aluminum coil stock. Color shall be chosen by the homeowner and be either white or brown. All of the above shall be manufactured by Alcoa, or approved equal. All seams/joints to be caulked/sealed. All debris associated with the above installation shall be removed from the premises. VINYL SOFFIT: The Contractor shall supply all materials, labor, and equipment necessary to enclose the specified porch ceiling with new vinyl soffit material. Contractor will provide all necessary “J” or “F” channel in vinyl. All of the above shall be manufactured by Alcoa, or approved equal. All debris associated with the above installation shall be removed from the premises. Window CAPPING: The Contractor shall supply all materials, labor, and equipment necessary to enclose the specified: The existing exterior window frames, sills, & casings shall be capped with aluminum coil stock. Any deteriorated wood will be repaired or replaced with like material prior to the installation of the aluminum coil stock. Color shall be chosen by the homeowner and be either white or brown. All of the above shall be manufactured by Alcoa, or approved equal. All seams and joints to be caulked and sealed. All debris associated with the above installation shall be removed from the premises. Windows: The Contractor shall supply all materials, labor and equipment necessary to remove the existing windows, and to install new vinyl double-hung, and or slider replacement windows where specified. Once windows are installed, new aluminum coil stock shall be installed on the exposed exterior window casings, sills, stops, etc. The entire window shall then be caulked in all joints and seams. On the interior of the window, all casing, sills, stops, mullions and aprons shall be encapsulated with white encapsulating paint and then painted with one coat of white Benjamin Moore latex semi-gloss paint.
