Bellevue TID #1 Phase 2

The project includes: sanitary sewer, water main, storm water facilities, site grading, and roadway construction. Project also includes: traffic signals, street lighting, concrete pavement, sidewalk and curb & gutter, hot mixed asphalt pavement, landscaping, and traffic control. The work, in general, will include the approximate quantities and items listed below: • 2,450 LF –Sanitary Sewer and Appurtenances (8-inch diameter) • 3,600 LF – Water Main and Appurtenances (6-inch to 10-inch diameter) • 3,600 LF –Storm Sewer and Appurtenances (4-inch to 36-inch diameter) • 226 LF – Bore and Jack Steel Casing Pipe (18-inch to 20-inch minimum diameter) • 10,000 CY – Roadway Excavation • 4,000 CY – Stormwater Management Facility Excavation • 8,300 CY – Borrow Fill • 10,200 CY – Crushed Aggregate Base Course • 13,350 SF – Concrete Sidewalk / Driveway • 9,050 LF – Concrete Curb and Gutter • 2,300 SY – Doweled Concrete Pavement • 15,000 SY – Hot Mix Asphalt Pavement • 10,900 LF – Pavement Marking • Traffic Signals at one intersection • Street Lighting • Erosion Control • Traffic Control • Landscape Restoration.
