Description

Removing and replacing sidewalks and drive approaches from Hanna Street to Smith with two alternates possibly extending the streetscape to either Oliver or Bowser with an eight-foot concrete trail on the north and five-foot walk on the south. The driving lane widths will be decreased to accommodate the new trail and new landscaping areas with new trees and bioswale areas. There will also be upgrades to the ADA ramps, storm drainage, new street lighting placements, and an alternate for possible crosswalk and intersection upgrades. Several areas will get a brick paver treatment adjacent to the concrete walk and trail, and also installation of site furnishings in various locations. EBE GOALS - The Citys goal for qualified Emerging Business Enterprise (E.B.E), as subcontractors on this project is ten percent (10%) of the contract amount.
