Description

The project scope of work consists of but not limited to: removal of existing roof membrane(s), insulation, flashings, and abandoned roof curbs down to the roof deck; repair of roof deck, as required; Installation of new thermal insulation and cover board to meet a R-25 thermal value, and installation of a white reflective roof membrane fully adhered to cover board insulation; gutter and downspout replacement; and HVAC work necessary to accommodate the roof replacement.
