Description | *As of April 27, 2023, a general contractor has been awarded and construction is nearing completion. Construction of a new 48,848 SF grocery store with 14,200 SF of retail shops. Scope of work includes concrete, rebar, brick pavers, masonry, pre-cast, steel, steel erection, misc. metals, stairs & handrailing, stainless steel, millwork, rough carpentry & wood blocking, finished carpentry, roofing, gutters & downspouts, flashing & sheet metal, canopies & awnings, window treatments, caulking, water proofing, fluid applied membrane, EIFS/stucco, doors frames & hardware, overhead doors, storefront & windows, automatic doors, service/teller windows, wood doors, automatic traffic doors, drywall, acrovyn wall protection, acoustical ceilings, painting, VCT & rubber base, carpet, ceramic tile, terrazzo flooring, toilet partitions & accessories, elevator, plumbing, HVAC, refrigeration, fire sprinkler, electrical, fire alarm, security alarm, and communications. Metal joist and deck at the Publix building and façade is supplied by the Owner. Joist and deck for the retail shops is not included and will need to be supplied. *A Note From Morgan Construction: The Retail package of drawings has information, elevations, and details related to the work for the Publix Sides and Rear Facade work. For example, sheet A3.2 in the shops/retail drawings set is the exterior elevations of the Publix showing the finishes. Please utilize these shops/retail drawings when developing your bid for the Publix Sides and Rear Facade breakdown costs. *The owner requests that all subcontractor / supplier inquiries be directed to the GC Bidder. *As of June 21, 2022, two addenda have been issued. |
