Description Demolition: a) Complete demolition and disposal of 722 Canton Street, Ogdensburg, NY, per specifications. Demolition is limited to the residential structure and attachments including but not limited to additions, porches, steps. b) Disposal of all construction debris, per specifications, will be in a manner compliant with applicable laws and regulations. No construction debris will be buried on site. c) Landfill fees will be the responsibility of the Owner. Asbestos: An asbestos survey has been conducted, with ACM identified (see asbestos survey attached). All work performed will be in a manner compliant with 12 NYCRR Part 56. a) Asbestos abatement to be performed per all applicable regulations. b) Air Monitoring during the demolition will be the responsibility of the Owner Site Restoration: a) The site is to be restored to a condition acceptable to the City. Restoration includes final grading and seeding. b) Final grading requires approval from the City Code Enforcement Officer prior to the application of final seeding and/or hay.
