Description

Provide all labor, material and equipment necessary for preventive maintenance of anti-scald devices & hot water mixing valves. Contractor is required to stock complete inventory of replacement parts and complete units for replacement. All parts including miscellaneous materials to return access panels back to original condition shall be supplied by the Contractor.
