C1DZ--Architectural and Engineering (A/E) Services Multiple Award Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity Minimum Gurantee Coatesville VA Medical Center

Architect-Engineer (A-E) services are required to provide completed detailed design for maintenance, repair, alteration and new construction projects. These projects will require multi-disciplinary engineering services for commercial, industrial, and health care type facilities. The Architect-Engineer (A-E) shall provide professional and non-professional Architectural and Engineering support services for projects assigned to the Coatesville VA Medical center (CVAMC). The A-E shall furnish the required personnel, management, facilities, supplies, equipment, instruments, transportation, materials (other than those furnished by the Government as hereinafter provided or in individual task orders), and other items and services as necessary to accomplish the required services and provide the Government reports and other data together with supporting material developed during the period of performance. During execution of the work, the A-E shall provide adequate professional supervision and quality control to assure the accuracy, quality, completeness, and timely progress of the work. The general A-E services will be for the Coatesville area.
