Description

Construction of approximately 6,600-sf of hardscape trailhead for Phase 1 of the Downtown Huntersville greenway, associated site furnishings and landscaping, and approximately 7,500-sf of asphalt parking expansion adjacent to the trailhead. Work shall also include associated grading, erosion control, and installation of stormwater conveyance measures. Bids shall also include an alternate for paving of approximately 2,340-lf of asphalt greenway.
