1. Design and all required permitting 2. 19th Hole 3. Removal of existing Hood system, patching of roof, and restoration of interior ceiling system 4. Removal of existing walk-in cooler 5. Removal of existing 2 bay sink and dishwasher 6. Installation of new stove/oven, a flat top grill with refrigerated base, 2 fryer units, 2 side worktables and hood system perpendicular to the current stove/oven location 7. Installation of dishwasher and 2/3 bay sink in the space made available by removal of existing 8. Installation of exterior walk-in cooler and all required site alterations, and utility deconflictions 9. Lounge 10. Demolition and removal of existing walk in cooler 11. Site work and installation of new walk in cooler 12. Any other work required by permitting agencies
