| Description | For: Rock, Asphalt, Concrete, Oil, Crack Sealers, Portland Cement and De-Icer for the period of: January 1, 2023 to June 30, 2023. Bids filed as provided herein shall be publicly opened on the above-mentioned time, date and place. All bids shall remain on file at least forty-eight (48) hours thereafter before a contract shall be made and entered into thereon. Bids received more than ninety-six (96) hours, ex- cluding Saturdays, Sundays and holidays, before the time set for the opening of bids, as well as bids received after the time set for opening of bids, shall not be considered and will be returned unopened. The governing body of the City of Ponca City, Okla- homa, shall reserve the right to reject any and all bids, and waive informal ties, if said body deems it necessary in the best interest of the Citizens of Ponca City, Oklahoma.
