Madison County Airport Public Water Supply Wells Project

The project consists of drilling a Public Water Supply (PWS) well at the Ennis-Big Sky Airport and Twin Bridges Ruby Valley Field Airport, and all other work as described and shown on the Drawings. All bids rejected There will not be a pre-bid conference for this project. Interested Contractors are encouraged to ask questions to the Engineer, Peter Haun with WWC Engineering and coordinate with the Madison County Airport Board to access the site. Bid Security: The Bidder's Bid bond in an amount equal to ten percent (10%) of the Bid with a notarized Power of Attorney, Acknowledgement of Surety, and Acknowledgement of Principal. Signatures of all parties must be notarized. MT Contractor Registration: A copy of Bidder's current and valid Montana Department of Labor and Industry Contractor Registration at the time of Bidding, or Certificate of Renewal thereof issued. 3. Debarment Certification Form: Debarment Certification as included in the Bid Documents, completed, and signed by the Contractor. Upon request and receipt of the nonrefundable document deposit indicated above plus a non-refundable shipping charge, the Issuing Office will transmit the Bidding Documents via delivery service. The prospective Bidder may indicate their method of shipping, if necessary. All shipping charges will be marked up 15%.
