Number: N/A Description: The work will consist of the following: This project, located in Anne Arundel County, will provide comprehensive HVAC Renovations at Glen Burnie Maintenance Facility. Various electrical improvements, such as lighting upgrades and related work to the HVAC upgrades are included. The building will be fully occupied by the Administration while the construction work is occurring. Pre-Bid Conference: A "Pre-Bidding Session" for the purpose of answering or obtaining answers to questions of parties interested in constructing the work relative to Right-ofWay, Utilities, Design, and Construction Details will be conducted at 10:00 am on August 31,2023 in/at On-Site - 910 Stewart Avenue, Glen Burnie, MD 21060 - Main Conference Room. While attendance at the Pre-Bid conference is not mandatory, this is the offeror's opportunity to raise questions and/or issues of concern regarding the project. Bid Security shall equal at least five percent (5%) of the total amount bid. Also, the successful bidder will be required to supply Payment and Performance Bonds for all Contracts in excess of $100,000.00. The MDOT SHA reserves the right to reject any and all bids.
