| Description | The specifications that follow are being offered to qualify and select contractor(s) to furnish preventative maintenance and repair services to include labor, equipment, materials, supervision, tools, and all related incidentals for AACPS warehouse equipment. Award Bidder(s) shall perform emergency and routine trouble shooting/problem diagnosis. Award Bidder(s) shall perform testing and inspection services. Repair services will be required in indefinite quantities on an as needed basis throughout the term of the contract, at the fixed contracted rates. The Award Bidder(s) shall provide for services in accordance with industry standards and/or manufacturer recommendations. Maintenance and repair services to include, but not limited to; providing the necessary parts and materials for maintenance of electric and gas-powered lifts, jacks, and work platforms, including hydraulic componentry. |
