Student Housing Development - Michigan Technological University

As of June 15, 2023, a developer has been selected for the project. Construction is estimated to take place in late fall of 2023. The scope of this project no longer includes a parking structure. *The closed solicitation has been included below for reference: Michigan Technological University ("MTU" or "University") is soliciting qualifications from experienced development partners ("Developers") to provide new student housing facilities with associated parking ("Project") located on MTU's campus in Houghton, MI. The selected Developer will be responsible for designing, building, financing, and possibly operating and maintaining the Project. The Project's purpose is to serve the needs of lower-division undergraduate students at MTU. Please indicate via email to Theresa Coleman-Kaiser (tacolema@mtu.edu) your intent to respond to this RFQ no later than August 12, 2022. The Method of Contractor Selection has not been determined at this Time.
