Description

The contractor shall perform all work necessary to complete this project (2022 Coos County Paving Project) in accordance with the specifications listed on the Bid Form and the attached maps including such incidentals as may be necessary to meet applicable agency requirements and others as necessary to provide a complete project. All work to be completed per County requirements and be visually inspected and accepted by the Roadmaster. Contractor shall provide all necessary material, equipment and manpower to complete the required work in a safe manner. The Coos County Road Department's office hours are Monday through Thursday, 7:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. This is a public works contract subject to the prevailing wage requirements of ORS 279C.800 - 279C.870 and/or the Federal Davis Bacon Act.
