| Description | Question Cuttoff Date & Time 8/15/2022 10:00:00 PM (ET) The Iowa DOT is seeking competitive bids from qualified vendors for Statewide Sand for Ice Control deliveries for FY23. Award will be made by line item. The Contractor will be awarded a one (1) year contract with an option to renew for (3) additional years in twelve (12) month increments. Quantities listed are estimates only. Actual purchases may vary considerably based on actual needs throughout the contract period. It is the intent of the Iowa DOT to award the contract to the responsible bidder whose submitted quotation is the most advantageous to the Iowa DOT, cost and other factors considered. Other factors include, but are not limited to: meeting or exceeding mandatory requirements, proposed staffing, and meeting required time schedule. Deliveries shall be F.O.B Destination.
