Sof Enclose Sere Parachute Trainer 91057

The primary purpose of this project is to enclose and condition the remaining open bays of the existing Parachute Training Facility. Selective demolition of concrete pads, grade beams and sidewalk will be required. The new enclosure will be provided with concrete masonry units (CMU) walls, and metal trim and flashing. Two new Coiling Overhead Doors (COHDs) will be provided. New interior concrete floor slabs will be provided with an athletic floor coating. New retrofit thermal insulation will be provided for the new enclosure. The existing enclosed Storage Area will receive additional retrofit thermal roof insulation, and a new insulated COHD.
