Demolition of the Single-Family Structure

As of July 21, 2023 no bids were received, no information for rebid. The City of Russellville, Cole County, Missouri, invites the submittal of sealed bids for the demolition of the single-family structure located at 5216 McDavitt Street, Russellville, Missouri. All building components must be removed and responsibly disposed of. Building components, trash, and debris, including any asbestos or other harmful or toxic substances, must be dealt with and disposed of in a proper and lawful manner. The successful bidder must remove everything and leave the premises in clean condition. The lot will be graded, seeded, and mulched. Option No. 1: Bid will include complete removal and proper disposal of all materials including the foundation and basement material; Option No. 2: Bid will reflect the collapse of the foundation and basement, to be buried on site; all other material must be removed and disposed of in a proper and lawful manner. The successful bidder will be certified by the State of Missouri for asbestos removal and will provide a Certificate of Insurance in the amount of one million dollars. Mark your proposal RFP 2023.03 - Demolition. The Cole County Circuit Court has issued a court order for this action, with financing provided through city capital improvements funds. The City of Russellville reserves the right to reject any or all bids prior to award.
