Description

Work covered by these documents consists of constructing a 6” DIP Water Main and installing New Water Service Lines and Meters to provide water service to the remaining residents along Rocky Point Drive. Contractor is to extend the water system which stops at 217 Rocky Point Drive to the end of Rocky Point Drive as described in the advertisement for bids itemized in the proposal and illustrated on the plans. Work called for by these specifications consists of furnishing all labor, equipment, materials and appurtenances required to perform all operations in connection with the following: 1. Construct New 6” DIP Water Main. 2. Connect New Water System to the existing on Rocky Point Drive. 3. Relocation of One Existing Fire Hydrant. 4. New Installation of One Fire Hydrant. 5. Install New Water Service Lines and Meters. 6. Landscape and Asphalt / Concrete Driveway Repairs.
