2022 Topographic Surveying and Mapping

Engineering and surveying firms to complete boundary and/or topographic surveying and mapping for the aforementioned projects Work includes a boundary and topographic survey for Lot X and is bound by the Boardman River to the south, Hall Street to the west and private parcels on the north and east. The work is to identify the site features so that a developer can determine the feasibility of developing the property as may be authorized by the City Commission. This includes identifying underground utility and known infrastructure based on historic plans that will be made available to the selected surveying consultant. The work includes the parcel on which the fish weir is located, the city owned property along the Boardman River and the TCLP parcel known as Lot X.
