River Park Basketball Court Roof Repairs

PROJECT DESCRIPTION The purpose of this Invitation to Bid (ITB) is for the City of Naples to obtain prices from qualified vendors to furnish all equipment, materials, and services needed for the removal and replacement of the basketball court metal roof (EAST SIDE ONLY) of the River Park Community Center Basketball Court located at 335 11th St North, Naples FL, 34102. This project also includes repairs to the roof at the exterior bathrooms adjacent to the basketball court. SCOPE OF WORK Install roofing, and accessories in accordance with roofing manufacturer's published instructions and recommendations for the specified roofing system. Where manufacturer provides no instructions or recommendations, follow good roofing practices and industry standards. Comply with federal, state, and local regulations. A. SCOPE OF WORK: (Basketball Court Roof/Siding Replacement) Remove and replace existing roof panel with RIB 12 Polar White 24ga Metal Roof. (30' x 125' @ 1:12 slope) Remove and Replace (2) 30' of Gable at both end walls. Remove and Replace (5) 25' Eave Struts Remove and replace gutters. Remove and replace down spouts on east and west side of building. Remove and replace all exterior wall panels with Ribbed Light Stone 24ga metal Panel and all associated trim. B. SCOPE OF WORK: (Exterior Bathroom Roof/Siding Replacement) Remove and replace existing roof panel with RIB 12 24ga galvanized Metal Roof. Remove and replace gutters. Remove and replace (1) 45' of Gable Trim, Peak Box at south end. Remove and replace all exterior wall panels and associated trim.
