| Description | This “Design/Build” project includes, but is not limited to, the design completion, the demolition of the existing facility and replacement/construction of City Shop building and construction of the covered parking bays and other related items in accordance with current Building Codes and other adopted codes and standards. The final objective of this project is to have completed structures move-in ready for the needs of the Public Works Department. Design and construction documents will be completed with input from the owner, and construction manager/general contractor. |
