The Project consists of constructing the following major items: New 8' wide asphalt multi-use path, picnic shelter, concrete pad, gravel parking area, fencing, erosion control and minor landscaping. Bids will be received for a single prime Contract. Bids shall be on a lump sum and unit price basis, as indicated in the Bid Form Bidders will be required to show evidence that they are licensed to perform the work in the Bidding Documents as required by North Carolina General Statute, Chapter 87 and the Instructions to Bidders.
