Demolition of Building L619 and North Field Bunkers L921, L922, L923 and L924 Oakland International Airport

As of December 7, 2022 , this project has not yet been awarded. The project is expected to be awarded on January 26, 2023. The work of this 100 calendar day project consists generally of furnishing all labor, materials, appliances, tools, equipment, transportation, services and supervision required to demolish Building L619 and North Field Bunkers L921, L922, L923 and L924, including, but not limited to: building demolition, removing and legally disposing of demolition materials (includes abating asbestos and lead), capping utilities, grading, storm drain work, surface improvements, fencing; and performing all associated work in accordance with the Contract Documents.
