Description

a) Services under this agreement shall consist of: i) Windshield replacements ii) Windshield and glass repairs iii) Small glass chip repairs b) Glass Type i) Front windshields are to be laminated ii) Side and rear windows are to be tempered c) Location of repair work: Majority of repairs to be performed at: (1) Central Garage, 2650 Greenfield, Dearborn MI 48126 (2) DPW Yard, 2951 Greenfield, Dearborn MI 48126 (3) Police Yard, 16099 Michigan, Dearborn MI 48126 (4) At times, due to various reasons, vendor may be required to replace glass at a different city location at no additional charge d) All glass replacement parts must be NEW and meet OEM specifications. e) The contractor is responsible for disposal of all debris generated from the repair. Debris is not to be disposed of in the City dumpster. f) Items may not be substituted without the written consent of the Fleet Manager. g) Contractor must begin working on vehicle within one business day after notification h) Contractor shall warranty all labor, parts and materials used for the repairs.
