SWR - Hole Drilling - Sky Valley Transmission Line Project (Rebid)

This contract work consists of providing all labor, supplies, tools, equipment, mobilization of equipment, drilling tools, and supplies to drill holes and install corrugated metal pipes as needed. Contractor will furnish and place dunnage/steel plates to protect the curb and sidewalk and cover holes as needed for public safety. Contractor to collect and dispose of soils at approved commercial facility. The location of the work is within the boundaries of the DISTRICTS service area, which includes all of Snohomish County and City of Monroe. All requests for clarification or additional information regarding this RFP must be submitted to the District via e-mail to bids@snopud.com. The District will not guarantee responses to questions received via other forms of communication (phone, voicemail, text, IM, etc.). Do not submit questions Electronically. The DISTRICT reserves the right to sample compressive test specimens (ASTM C 31 and C 172), and conduct temperature (ASTM C 1064), slump (ASTM C 143) and air entrainment (ASTM C 231) tests at any time for independent testing. liquidated sum of Five Hundred Dollars ($500) per day for each and every calendar day. The successful Bidder shall provide to the DISTRICT performance security in an amount equal to one hundred percent (100%) of the Total Contract Price, including tax, within ten (10) calendar days of the Notice of Award.
