Description

The New York State Office of General Services (OGS) Design & Construction (D&C) group intends to contract with up to three (3) Engineering/Architectural firm(s) to provide professional services primarily in the area of commissioning. These services will include, but are not limited to, commissioning planning, testing, reporting, and transitioning (including operational training) for both new construction and building rehabilitation. Qualified firms will possess a strong background in energy efficiency, renewable energy, and sustainability. Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Set Aside: No Minority Owned Sub-Contracting Goal: 15% Women Owned Sub-Contracting Goal: 15% Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Business Contracting Goal: 6% Contract term: 5 Years (3 years to assign new work + 2 additional years to complete assignments) The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time
