Development of Housing on City Property

The city of Friona is aware of the deficit and the availability of new single-family, two-family and multi-family housing within our community and seeks to promote the new construction of single-family residential homes, two-family and multi-family housing in their respective zoning districts within the city limits of Friona, Texas. We invite you to respond to this Request for Information (RFI) with new ideas about how this site can be developed while meeting local goals. Our intention is to use this RFI to generate new and innovative ideas and concepts for the development of the site while taking into consideration any constraints which could include restrictive covenants, water/wastewater capacity, street development and a difficult to develop site.
