| Description | This invitation seeks proposals from qualified vendors to provide paving/public works materials, including bituminous concrete (Top and Binder) and emulsion; and shall include all labor, materials and equipment necessary to satisfy the requirements of this bid. Bidding procedure and award shall be subject to the provisions of Chapter 30B of the General Laws of the Commonwealth, including all current amendments. The City of Gardner reserves the right to waive any informalities or irregularities in the bids received, or to reject any and all bids, wholly or in part, and to accept proposals deemed to be in the best interest of the City. |
