2nd and El Camino Garage Elevator Modernization

Questions regarding the Bidding Documents should be directed to Steve Wu, City Project Manager in writing at the Public Works Department, 330 West 20th Avenue, San Mateo, California 94403 and received no later than 10 days before bids are due. Responses to all submissions will be mailed or faxed to each plan holder no later than seven days before bids are due. Work covered by Contract Documents consist of the following: 1. Modernize Elevator 1 at 2nd and El Camino Garage, City of San Mateo. 2. Provide all electrical and fire life safety work. 3. Provide all labor, engineering, tools, transportation, services, supervision, materials and equipment necessary for and incidental to satisfactory completion of required work as indicated in Contract Documents. 4. Provide all required staging, hoisting and movement of new equipment, reused equipment, or removal of existing equipment. 5. Coordination, scheduling and management of work of component suppliers and subcontractors.
