Description

The City of Brooklyn Center seeks SOQs from qualified engineering firms to provide Engineering services to the City to assist with planning and construction of various City projects. Brooklyn Center staff will select firms based on experience, technical capacity, billing rate, responsiveness and the scope of services listed within the SOQ. Selected firms will be placed in a consultant pool that the City can use over the term of the agreement. The SOQ and an example professional services agreement are attached here.
