Original Set Aside: Local Area Set-Aside (FAR 26.2) Janitorial services at FEMA Disaster Recovery Center located on the third floor mezzanine of the Henry Ford Centennial Library, 16301 Michigan Ave, Dearborn, MI 48126. Required floor cleaning on both carpeted and hard surfaces on the third floor mezzanine with the exception of rooms DLAB, M5, M6, M7, M8, M9, M10, M11, M17, and M18. Thorough cleaning of restroom fixtures and replenishment of supplies including paper products for one Men’s and one Women’s restroom to include emptying trash can in each restroom and replacing trash can liner. Contractor shall provide trash can liners. Trash collection and disposal for office waste cans. Trash bags may be disposed of in the library’s dumpster. The contractor shall supply trash can liners.
