Asphalt Tac Coat (Copolymer)

The City of Baltimore Bureau of Procurement is seeking bids for Asphalt tac coat (Copolymer) emulsified 50lb -5 gallon buckets. This is a one-time purchase. Therefore, delivery charges if applicable should be included in the unit cost. All questions in reference to this bid must be submitted under the Q&A tab, which is where all responses will be provided so all bidders have access to this information. Payment Instrument: The City of Baltimore requires all vendors to have an approved authorized procurement instrument (i.e. purchase order, contract, purchase order release, etc.) in hand prior to providing and delivering any services. Entering into contracts and agreements verbally is prohibited. Any contractor who perform services to the City without an approved authorization procurement instrument does so entirely at its own risk and faces the possibility of having payments delayed and/or denied.
