Description

The project is generally described as an open office alteration project covering 2,744 total square feet, located on the Mezzanine floor of the Hermes A. Kontos Medical Sciences Building. The project scope includes demolition of an existing open office, and the construction of a new open office with one hard-wall office and one hard-wall conference room. There is also Break Room casework and associated plumbing. Mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire sprinkler and fire alarm work is part of this project scope. Demountable wall partitions and systems office furniture will be owner installed and General Contractor coordinated.
