For Plaza Waterproofing Repairs - Fluno Center - MEP Bidders In general, the work consists of the removal and replacement of a failed below grade waterproofing system of the podium slab that creates the roof podium of the below grade parking structure. Selective site demolition will be performed to expose the podium slab that extends beyond the Fluno Center building at the first floor. The site overburden (green roof, sidewalks, vehicular drives, etc.) will be removed and replaced in kind. Structural restoration and vehicular slab waterproofing scope will be performed within all levels of the below grade parking structure. Mechanical upgrades removing and replacing exhaust fan system that service the below grade parking structure.
