Longley Hall Bathroom Renovation

Update/repair 1st floor 1950's bathrooms. Create 2nd floor bathroom. The project shall consist of the renovation to two existing restrooms on the first floor, and construction of two new restrooms on the second floor of Longley Hall at University of Connecticut, Storrs campus. The renovation of the first floor restrooms are to include, but not be limited to, new plumbing fixtures, new floor & wall finishes, new restroom accessories, new toilet partitions, some new ceilings, new exhaust fans, and partial renovation to the existing mechanical system. New restrooms on the second floor are to be constructed of gypsum board finish on metal stud framing, with all new finishes and fixtures throughout.

Division 22 -	Plumbing, Instrumentation and Control for Plumbing, Plumbing Piping, Plumbing Equipment, Plumbing Fixtures.
Division 26 -	Electrical, Instrumentation and Control for Electrical Systems, Lighting, Interior Lighting, Exterior Lighting.
